David J. Simonetti, the President of Castiglia Associates, has over 25 years of real estate appraisal experience. He graduated with a BS from Sacred Heart University in Finance. Being a licensed and certified general appraiser in the State of Connecticut, David is also a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the SRA designation. He is on the approved appraiser list of the Connecticut Department of Transportation and is State of Connecticut certified to perform revaluation appraisal of residential, land and commercial real estate.
